Bill Payment

Our bill payment services save you time, money and greatly reduce the risk of fraud on your bank accounts. Invoices are sent directly to us by email from you or your vendors. You have the flexibility to pay invoices when and how you want with our cloud-based bill pay system. Retain invoices as scanned images, streamline your 1099 reporting and easily access vendor history and payments.

Bank Reconciliation

Internal controls are critical to the financial success of your business. One key function you should separate from your other accounting functions is your bank reconciliation. It makes good sense to outsource this function to provide outside verification of your transactions.

Balance Sheet Closing

Do your income statements make sense each month? If not, this may be the result of incorrect balance sheet balances. For example, if inventory or prepaid expenses are not updated each month on the balance sheet, the resulting cost of sales or insurance expense will not represent an accurate accounting of expense. We work with our clients to keep these potential timing issues in check and get you reporting that will allow you to effectively manage your business.
